Hi Orange ,

I tried again to configure the wireless interface but nothing doing:

root@openwrt:~# uci set wireless.@wifi-iface[0].key=password

Hi orange ,

nothing doing. I reinstall its user interface(Webif²) and gives me the same error.

welcome to the Piranha community! Both hostapd-mini + wpa-supplicant are deprecated with OpenWrt trunk. Piranha 3.0 ships (actually already as of snapshot release 100123) with wpad-mini instead and thus should support wpa/wpa2-psk in both client- and AP mode by default, i.e. no need to install anything. I’ll try to reproduce your error though but atm I assume the error lies on your side. As of webif: The repository you introduced is redundant as Piranha 3.0 ships with the very same one (snapshots) already defined in /etc/opkg.conf by default.

Hi orange ,

Hello. First of all, congratulations for this excellent project. I would like the problem with the demon Hotapd was resolved. I have the following errors:

PSK and PSK2 will not work until you install
the HostAPD or HostAPD Mini package.
(HostAPD Mini only does PSK and PSK2)

This is the second error:

How to resolve this problem? I previously installed the following UI(Webif²):

src webif http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/atheros/packages/
opkg update
opkg remove -recursive luci-*
opkg install webif

Piranha 3.0 100227 unfortunately lacks automount capabilities for your MMC card due to a major change within OpenWrt trunk http://piranha.pwnz.org/forums/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=25&p=134#p134

I’ll release Piranha 3.0 100227r1 very soon!

Hi Orange,

No problem, this firmware still kicks ass
aircrack-ptw indeed is a valid solution to this problem,
just wanted to know the problem was not only happening on my router.
